Malcolm X was in New York when my then boyfriend (later husband) and I went to New York for a holiday from Montreal. He sounded 50+ years ago exactly like the current BLACK LIVES MATTER movement sounds now. Nothing appears to have changed. This photograph was taken of Ken, Marcelle (my daughter) and myself in Kew Gardens, London.
